What is a Tandoor?

Tandoor in a traditional, pitcher shaped oven made of Indian clay which burns with charcoal  Fire. Its slow and steady heat seals in the juices and flavord of meals and baked them to perfection.Some Indian breads like Naan, Kulcha.  Tandoori Roti are also baked in a Tandoor giving them distinct taste and flavor
